The invention discloses a brushing device for closed-up barrel, which has rotation and swing actions, has a big brushing force to the internal wall of barrel and is provided with high washing efficiency and good washing quality. It comprises swing motor and at least a group of working benches. Support sleeves are set on two ends of each working bench respectively. Supporting wheels, which can rotate freely, are set at the lower side of each support sleeve and one end of support sleeve is connected with swing motor through transmission mechanism. On each working bench barrel rotation motor, clamping cylinder, support barrel cylinder and at least a group of clamping rotary disks are fixed and the support barrel cylinder is connected with the support barrel mechanism. The brushing barrel cell comprises a first clamping rotary disk connected with the working bench rotationally, a second clamping rotary disk set on the working bench opposite with the first clamping rotary disk. The first clamping rotary disk is connected with the barrel rotation motor or adjacent first clamping rotary disk through the transmission mechanism.
