Abstract

A method based on the implement of inyoite interface backup when proceed PPPoE session, adds a group of ether interface into an interface set based on PPPoE session before initiates a session. The process of communication between PPPoE client and PPPoE server includes following steps: when PPPoE initiates a session, select a available interface as an inyoite interface from the interface set of PPPoE session, and start to executive the session process with the PPPoE server end; during the session process, PPPoE session body closes current session and executive upper step when communication is interrupted. The invention implements the function of session interface backup, prevents users from the condition of communication interrupt caused by unavailable current interface or off-line server, guarantees the stability of product performance, and more humanization when use the product, confirms the reliability of network and network providers can access different users to share the network resources at the same time.
