The method includes the steps of: leveling a middle net fabric; inserting the middle net fabric between two rollers for transporting the middle net fabric; coating a polymeric material on the middle net fabric; baking the middle net fabric to foam or cure the coated polymeric material; and cooling the middle net fabric to harden the polymeric material.
