The technological scheme includes the following steps: 1. establishing road surface model and measuring and calculating the road surface flatness; 2. establishing automobile vibration model and calculating the dynamic automobile load based on the road surface flatness; 3. calculating the permanent deformation of road surface based on the obtained dynamic automobile load, the road structural parameters, the traffic load and the environmental parameters; 4. calculating the change in road flatness; and 5. predicting the service life of road based on the change in road flatness.
