The uniformization component includes disk shape fixed plate and diversion column. The disk shape fixed plate is fixed on the inner wall of the end of the allotter formed interpenetrating hole. The fixed plate is formed ring interpenetration groove in which the interpenetration hole is cut. One end of the diversion column is fixed at the center of the fixed plate, and the other end is pointed to the inflow entrance.
