Abstract

The invention concerns an apparatus for heating a vessel (5) containing foodstuffs, through contact with a fluid, in the lower part of said vessel (5), a fluid supply reservoir (9, 31) and a unit for heating (12) said fluid. The invention is characterized in that said apparatus comprises a heat pump designed to transfer, via a riser (18) emerging into said heating unit (12), a predetermined heated fluid flow to a dispensing member (19) oriented towards the walls of said vessel (5).
