The cultivation is carried out 4-5 days at room temperature with dark and light treatment of 12-15 hours each day for 4-5 days when the original base of roots have grown around the cut of buds, and transplanting is carried out when radial roots 4-5 mm long are all around the base of buds and 4-6 leaves have grown in the upper part of the buds.
