Abstract

The invention discloses a new energy consumption-based power system adjustable load capacity optimization method. The method comprises the steps of obtaining operation data of a to-be-analyzed power system; constructing a target function by taking the minimum adjustable load capacity as a target on the premise that the new energy abandoned electric quantity meets a set requirement; constructing a constraint condition of the target function by taking an operation rule of the power system as a constraint; and solving the target function by adopting a linear interpolation method and combining a perturbation method to obtain a final power system adjustable load capacity optimization result. The method comprises the following steps: taking new energy abandoned electric quantity as a constraint condition, considering an energy storage system operation strategy dominated by time-of-use electricity price, and solving an adjustable load capacity minimum value which needs to be configured by the system; therefore, according to the method, the new energy consumption capability is improved, the new energy abandoned electricity quantity is effectively reduced, and the method is high in reliability, good in accuracy, objective and scientific.
