Abstract

The invention discloses an experiment and digital-analog combined crude oil asphaltene precipitation research method, which comprises the following steps of: designing a multi-stage filtering device through a high-temperature and high-pressure asphaltene precipitation physical experiment, and simulating asphaltene precipitation conditions of crude oil at different temperatures and pressures, so as to obtain the total precipitation amount of asphaltene; meanwhile, the particle size distribution rule of asphaltene is obtained; underground crude oil components are simulated through a CMG numerical model, and the precipitation law of asphaltene is predicted through phase equilibrium; and checking and correcting the CMG model by using a high-temperature and high-pressure asphaltene precipitation physical experiment result to obtain an accurate and complete asphaltene precipitation rule. The invention provides a research method which is more accurate and reliable and accords with the on-site actual asphaltene precipitation rule, and an asphaltene precipitation result is predicted for an oil field with high crude oil asphaltene content, so that the on-site production is reasonably guided, and the loss caused by the asphaltene precipitation problem is avoided and reduced.
