The machine comprises a feeding device and a weighing device, the feeding device comprises a roller conveying chain mechanism, a feeding hopper, a material channel and a connecting bottom plate. The roller chain conveying mechanism comprises a material cup, a driven shaft, a chain, a driving shaft and a first stepping motor; the weighing device is composed of a funnel and a plurality of weighing assemblies evenly distributed in the circumferential direction of the funnel. The weighing assembly comprises a weighing hopper and a second stepping motor.
