The device comprises a sheathing canal, an endoscope, an accessory group, a net basket and a handle part, the endoscope is provided with a lens and a cable which are arranged in the sheathing canal; the accessory group is provided with a lens accessory and a cable accessory; the lens accessory is configured to be sleeved on the lens, and the cable accessory is configured to be sleeved on the cable and can relatively move along the cable; the lens accessory interferes with the cable accessory at the far end of the cable; the handle part is provided with an executing mechanism; and the executing mechanism is configured to push the cable accessory towards the near end of the sheathing canal and pull the cable towards the far end of the sheathing canal. The net basket is constructed to be partially pushed into the sheathing canal to be closed when the lens accessory and the cable accessory interfere with each other. According to the calculus removing device, the net basket and the endoscope can be combined, and the necessary distribution space of instruments in the sheathing canal is effectively reduced.
