Abstract

The invention discloses an application of tripterine in preparation of a medicine for inhibiting staphylococcus aureus. Through homologous modeling and molecular docking, it is found that tripterine can resist methicillin-resistant staphylococcus aureus through P5CDh. On the basis, the minimum inhibitory concentration and the minimum bactericidal concentration of the tripterine on the staphylococcus aureus are measured by utilizing a microdilution method, and the result shows that the tripterine has an exact inhibitory effect on the staphylococcus aureus and can be applied to preparation of drugs or related preparations for inhibiting the staphylococcus aureus.
