Abstract

The invention discloses a clinical pathway variation detection method based on Petri net synchronous synthesis operation, and relates to the technical field of data detection and calculation. The technical problem that in the prior art, variation detection efficiency is low when a business alignment means is used for conducting variation detection on clinical pathways is solved, and the detection method comprises the following steps that firstly, traces in clinical pathway diagnosis and treatment logs are screened, noise is removed, and effective traces are reserved; then, based on the effective traces and the process models corresponding to the effective traces, a new synthesis model is established, and the new synthesis model can reflect the deviation between the diagnosis and treatment logs and the clinical pathways; and finally, the optimal alignment is searched by adopting an A * algorithm in which the time complexity is positively correlated with the complexity of the selected synthetic model. According to the method, the time consumed by alignment can be greatly reduced, experimental data in the embodiment of the invention shows that compared with other variation detection algorithms, the efficiency of the algorithm is greatly improved, and the superiority and the effectiveness of the algorithm in the aspect of variation detection are proved.
