Benefits of technology

This patented technology helps evaluate how well an operation for removing or reducing certain parts from tissue has been performed during medical procedures such as surgeries that affect healthcare providers' quality control standards. It uses advanced mathematical techniques like regression analysis to determine which part needs removal before performing further treatments. By calculating specific scores indicating whether there was enough time left after resection, it could help guide future therapy options accordingly.

Problems solved by technology

This patented technical solution describes different ways to diagnose early stages of breast cancer before symptoms occur. It suggests performing invasively surgeries during treatment instead of traditional methods like total ablation. However, these techniques may cause complications including bleeding from small blood vessels around them which makes their effectiveness difficult to determine precisely. Therefore, we propose studying alternative procedures called premenstrual syndrome screenings (PSS). These screens involve obtaining images through computed tomographic scans and analyzed histology levels obtained via immunohistochemistry analysis. They also provide important insights into pathogenesis mechanisms involved in primary carcinoma growth and metastasis.

Embodiment Construction

[0022] Specific embodiments of the present invention are described in conjunction with accompanying drawings, Table 1, Table 2, and Table 3.

[0023] Establishment and improvement of a preoperative evaluation and prediction model for satisfactory tumor cytoreduction in advanced ovarian cancer. Improved modeling based on the SDuidan scoring scale, adding serological HE4 and ROMA index, and giving predictions based on the cut-off values of HE4>264.7pmol / L, CA125>545.6U / ml, and ROMA index>90.0% calculated from the data The scores were 1 point each (see Table 1), and two different senior radiologists were asked to perform a second reading and scoring to calculate the predicted scores of all cases; finally, the affected patients were obtained by drawing the ROC curve according to the predicted scores and surgical results. The area under the operator's operating curve (AUC) was used to evaluate the clinical value of this model for predicting unsatisfactory cytoreductive surgery in...

Abstract

The invention relates to establishment and improvement of a preoperative evaluation and prediction model for satisfactory tumor cell deduction of advanced ovarian cancer. Herein, improved modeling is carried out on the basis of the Sduidan score table; and serological HE4 and ROMA indexes are added, the HE4 calculated according to the data is larger than 264.7 pmol/L, the CA125 calculated according to the data is larger than 545.6 U/ml, the ROMA indexes calculated according to the data are larger than 90.0%, and the prediction scores are given to be one score respectively; and then two different radiology department high-age doctors perform secondary radiology reading scoring to calculate predicted scores of all cases; and finally, an ROC curve is drawn according to a prediction score and an operation result to obtain an area AUC under a subject working curve, and evaluation of the model is carried out to predict the clinical value of the unsatisfactory tumor cell deduction operation of the advanced ovarian cancer patient. The prediction value of the prediction model is higher than that of a Suidan prediction model. When the model is used for predicting the dissatisfactory tumor cell deficit operation, the sensitivity is obviously higher than that of a Suidan score table, which provides a basis with a certain prediction value for clinicians to judge whether the dissatisfactory tumor cell deficit operation can be performed or not.
