Abstract

The invention provides a circuit breaker three-phase arc extinguishing performance detection method based on a separation algorithm. The circuit breaker three-phase arc extinguishing performance detection method comprises the following steps of: collecting radiation electromagnetic waves generated in the circuit breaker contact opening process; transmitting the radiation electromagnetic wave data to a multi-channel oscilloscope for storage; calculating the radiation electromagnetic waves stored in the oscilloscope by using a separation algorithm so as to respectively extract electromagnetic wave signals of each phase of the circuit breaker; and comparing the number of the electromagnetic wave signals of each phase with a preset number, and judging the ablation degree of the circuit breaker contact. By means of electrical measurement, algorithm separation and waveform observation, the electromagnetic wave signals of the A phase, the B phase and the C phase of the circuit breaker are extracted respectively, the number of the electromagnetic wave signals is analyzed, the contact ablation degrees of the three phases of the circuit breaker are diagnosed rapidly, and the method has the remarkable advantages of being visual, simple, rapid, efficient and the like.
