Abstract

The embodiment of the invention provides a communication resource allocation method and device and electronic equipment. The method is applied to a control device in a multi-cell NOMA network. The method comprises the following steps: when entering each preset downlink time slot, acquiring a first channel response from each base station to each terminal device on each sub-channel, a second channel response from each intelligent reflecting surface to each terminal device on each sub-channel, and a third channel response from each base station to each intelligent reflecting surface on each sub-channel in the current downlink time slot; determining a target communication resource allocation scheme in the current downlink time slot based on each acquired channel response and each preset constraint; and controlling the plurality of terminal devices, at least one intelligent reflecting surface and the plurality of base stations to allocate corresponding communication resources for themselves according to the target communication resource allocation scheme.
