The ontology related to clinical stage information is established in the fields of acupuncture and moxibustion and ischemic stroke. Based on the ontology, the decision support system thoughts treatment methods, acupuncture points, needle application force and the like and considers past treatment schemes of the patient, so that personalized acupuncture treatment methods of the patient are explored. and finally, the current case is matched with the existing cases based on an optimized sorting algorithm of a link relationship, the existing cases are sorted, and the treatment scheme of the existing cases are referred to .
