The rib positioning device is used for outputting an anatomical positioning tag of a rib; and the rib fracture clinical outcome prediction device is used for predicting the clinical outcome of rib fracture. The invention further discloses a rib fracture classification device which can detect and classify rib fractures and output refined rib fracture classification labels including fresh dislocation / non-dislocation fractures, healing-stage fractures, old fractures and pathological fractures. Based on the device, the invention further discloses an automatic rib fracture diagnosis system. The accuracy of rib positioning and the fineness of fracture classification in rib fracture automatic diagnosis are improved, the clinical outcome can be further predicted, and patients with poor prognosis can be screened to intervene in treatment in advance.
