Abstract

The invention relates to an electric pick. The electric pick comprises a reduction gearbox, an impact mechanism and a plastic shell. The reduction gearbox comprises a box body and a transmission mechanism arranged in the box body. The impact mechanism comprises an air cylinder, a piston assembly driven by the transmission mechanism, a rammer arranged on the air cylinder and driven by the piston assembly to do reciprocating motion and an impact rod which is arranged in the air cylinder and bears impact of the rammer, the first end of the air cylinder is connected and positioned to the box body, and an electric pick chuck is installed at the second end, opposite to the first end, of the air cylinder. The plastic shell is arranged on the outer portion of the air cylinder in a sleeving manner. According to the electric pick, the air cylinder is connected and positioned to the reduction gearbox, on one hand, the air cylinder is well positioned and supported, on the other hand, compared with a scheme adopting a metal straight barrel, the weight of the plastic shell is small, the weight of the whole machine is greatly reduced, and operation is more flexible and convenient.
