Abstract

One or more embodiments of the invention provide a case document sorting method and related equipment. The method comprises the steps of defining an ending type and a beginning type of a document page based on existing case document information; generating a sorting classification template based on the ending and beginning types, and constructing a corresponding sorting algorithm; performing home page identification on the document page through a text detection model to obtain a document home page; and carrying out iterative computation on the classified document pages by adopting a sorting algorithm to obtain at least one document sorting sequence containing a document home page. According to the invention, a judicial case document sorting method is established based on deep learning OCR, natural language processing and other related technologies in combination with manual verification. According to the sorting method, by constructing a document page head-tail classification system, different algorithms are applied for different categories, automatic sorting of out-of-order documents is achieved, the workload of document compilation personnel can be reduced, and the working efficiency and accuracy are improved.
