Abstract

The invention discloses a linear piezoelectric transmission device based on static friction, and a working method of the linear piezoelectric transmission device. The device comprises a shell, three linear bearings, an output shaft, eight mounting seats and eight piezoelectric driving modules, wherein the output shaft is a light pillar, the piezoelectric driving module comprises two piezoelectricdriving units used for applying opposite thrust to the output shaft, and each piezoelectric driving unit comprises a first flexible hinge, a piezoelectric actuator, a second flexible hinge and a friction block which are connected in sequence. According to the invention, by controlling the movement time sequence of the piezoelectric actuator, the friction block generates periodic movement with a fixed step sequence, and the output shaft generates forward and reverse linear movement under the action of static friction force between the friction block and the output shaft, so that the forward andreverse movement work of the device is realized; and the device is high in reliability, large in output thrust, high in precision, good in universality and easy to popularize, and has good economic benefits.
