[0065] This prospective observational study included 162 women who participated in IVF-ET treatment at the Center of Reproductive Medicine, The Second Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2018 to March 2019. Patients with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), endometriosis, premature ovarian failure, unexplained infertility, and patients with partners suffering from any male infertility disease were excluded from the study. Clinical characteristics of patients were collected from electronic medical records. This study was conducted in accordance with the guidelines of the Declaration of Helsinki and was approved by the Medical Ethics Committee of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. All patients signed the informed consent.
