Abstract

The invention relates to a hot air cooking apparatus (1) comprising a heating block (2) equipped with heating means and a base (3) equipped with a housing (9) on which the heating block (2) is removably mounted to define a first working configuration of the cooking apparatus (1); according to the first working configuration, the housing (9) is capable of accommodating a cooking vessel (10) equipped with an upper opening intended to be arranged opposite a heating device (2); the apparatus is characterized in that a heating block is configured to be stably placed in a flipped position above thebase (3), and the base (3) comprises a support mechanism (43) provided with a bottom seat (27) facing the vessel (10) of the heating device, the bottom base (27) of the vessel (10) is capable of accommodating a cooking vessel (10), and the cooking apparatus has a second working configuration that allows food to be cooked in a vessel provided on a heating block at a flipped position above the baseand heats the bottom of the vessel.
