Abstract

The invention discloses a method for improving the linearity of an extraction experiment standard curve. According to the method, an extraction container is ultrasonically vibrated; a water removal agent is added into an obtained extraction agent; rotary centrifugation is carried out to obtain a supernatant to be detected; and therefore, a solute to be detected is fully and uniformly extracted into the extraction agent, and the interference of impurities is avoided. A curve is drawn by taking the concentration of the gradient extracting solution as an independent variable and taking the absorbance corresponding to the gradient extracting solution as a dependent variable in the wavelength range of a corresponding experimental characteristic absorption peak to obtain a highest determinationcoefficient R2. The experiment precision and accuracy can be effectively improved; and the experiment detection limit is lowered.
