Abstract

The invention relates to an engine start-stop control method compatible with an ACC system. The engine start-stop control method comprises the steps of checking whether ACC system calibration is started or not when an engine enters a critical stop state; if the ACC system calibration is not started, executing idle stop; and if the ACC system calibration is started, judging whether the ACC system allows stop or not, and conducting controlling according to a judgment result. By means of the control method, the situation that a traditional STT system cannot completely meet the start-stop requirement of the ACC system can be avoided, and logic disorder caused by the fact that multiple systems directly control the engine to stop is avoided; request signals of the ACC system are managed througha calibration quantity, and enabling and shielding of compatible functions of the ACC system are flexibly achieved; and based on a control strategy of the existing STT system, hardware does not need to be newly added, and only a software module compatible with the requirement of the ACC system for starting and stopping the engine needs to be newly added to software.
