According to the induction line 'Jinyuan high hybrid induction No.1' prepared by the method, the purity of the identified corn haploid can be remarkably improved by adopting a corn haploid induction identification technology, and thepurity is as high as 100% and is far higher than that of a control group (generally about 70%).
