The method comprises the steps of carrying out the comparison and analysis of the temperature data of goods stored in a current warehouse and a preset goods temperature range when the door of the warehouse is detected to be closed, and further carrying out the analysis according to the temperature of the internal environment of the warehouse under the condition that the preset goods temperature range is met; and adjusting the compressor frequency of an air cooler in combination with the real-time storehouse average environment temperature, so that the adjustment operation of the storage temperature of goods in the storehouse is realized. According to the scheme, the internal temperature of the warehouse canbe adjusted in combination with the temperature data of the goods stored in the warehouse and the average environmental temperature of the warehouse, so that the environmental temperature of the warehouse reaches the temperature suitable for goods storage; and the warehouse temperature adjustment is associated with the actual stored goods, the situation that energy consumption is too large or storage is damaged is avoided, and compared with the mode that temperature control is conducted according to the temperature and humidity of an air outlet of the air cooler, the goods storage reliabilityis effectively improved.
