The method comprises the steps that a seepage model of fracturing fluid in a stratum is established according to the amount of the fracturing fluid injected in the fracturing construction period; according to the seepage model, a well bottom pressure solution after pump stopping is obtained, and a pump stopping pressure fitting plate is generated; fitting the pump stopping pressure fitting chart with actually measured fracturing pump stopping pressure data to obtain oil reservoir parameters such as the fracture half-length and the permeability of a fracturing area; and combining the liquid state equation and the Darcy law, and calculating the fracture height by using the fracture half-length obtained by fitting and the permeability parameter of the fracturing area.
