Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation device of adhesion sand particles for fabric sand washing. The preparation device comprises a screen and a spray mechanism facing the screen. The preparation device is characterized in that grooves are densely formed in the screen, the planes of upper openings of the grooves coincide with the plane of the screen, only single sand particle can pass the upper opening of each groove, lower openings of the grooves are located in the bottoms of the grooves, the diameter of the lower opening of each groove is smaller than the diameter of the single sand particle, and only single sand particle can be contained in the recessed depth direction of each groove; the spray mechanism is located at the side close to the lower openings of the grooves, a spray openingof the spray mechanism can move, and the moving range of the spray opening is within the plane parallel to the screen; and an air jet mechanism is arranged on the side, facing the upper openings of the grooves, of the screen, and the air jet mechanism obliquely sprays to the plane of the screen.
