The method comprises the steps of controlling a vehicle-mounted look-around system to acquire look-around images around a vehicle; and respectively carrying out target detection and target identification and positioning on the riding vehicle in the look-around image by utilizing the coarse identification model and the fine identification model which are obtained by training, and finally tracking the riding vehicle target based on the look-around image of a subsequent frame, thereby realizing accurate detection on the riding vehicle target. According to the method, the vehicle-mounted look-around system iscombined with the coarse recognition model and the fine recognition model to detect, recognize and position the riding vehicle target, the accuracy of target detection can be improved, the calculationspeed is increased, and high practicability is achieved. Meanwhile, a detection result can be smoothed for tracking of a riding vehicle target, and the target position is prevented from shaking.
