The method comprises the following steps: S1) presetting a resource item in an intelligent manufacturing service operation process into a discrete parallel system model of a plurality of discrete branch models by using a corresponding relationship in an integrated mode library; the intelligent manufacturing service process module comprises an entrance channel module and a process processing activity; wherein the discrete branch model can complete a specific task or process; S2) calculating a service state representation parameter of each process processing activity in the core intelligent manufacturing service process processing activity set; and S3) comparing the characterization parameters with a preset condition, and combining the discrete branch models where the core intelligent manufacturing service process processing activities corresponding to the service state characterization parameters meeting the preset condition are located into an optimal service process.
