Abstract

The intermittent transportation packaging equipment comprises a rack and annular products to be packaged and conveyed, wherein a limiting mechanism for limiting further movement of each annular product in the conveying direction is arranged at the bottom of the rack, an intermittent pushing mechanism is arranged at the end, close to a conveying inlet, of the rack, the intermittent pushing mechanism pushes each annular product located on the limiting mechanism to roll in the conveying direction, a driven roller shaft and a driving roller shaft capable of ascending and descending are mounted at the two ends of a mounting groove respectively, and an annular packaging mechanism which rotates around thebottom of each annular product and performs film coating is further mounted in the mounting groove. According to the equipment, the film coating procedure of the products can be completed by only oneperson, during film coating, driving wheels drive an annular ring to rotate through friction force, meanwhile, each annular product is driven by the driving roller shaft to rotate, and therefore, a film is evenly wound around each annular product; and the outer end of a film roll is pasted to each annular product in a manual mode, after film coating is finished, the film is cut off, and therefore, the operation is simple.
