The invention discloses a high-efficiency glue reducer-based high-pumpable concrete and a preparation method thereof, which is composed of the following raw materials in parts by weight: 105-205 parts of cement, 75-105 parts of coal ash, and 895-1230 parts of aggregate 155-205 parts of water and 8.5-15.5 parts of admixture; among them, the aggregate contains 200-300 parts of fine aggregate with a particle size of 1-5 mm, and 600-1100 parts of coarse aggregate with a particle size of 5-20 mm parts; the admixture includes 5-10 parts of polycarboxylate water reducer and 2-10 parts of glue reducer. The invention greatly improves the workability, excellent slump retention and pumping performance of the mixture by adding high-efficiency glue reducer and water reducer, although the amount of cement, clear water and sand is reduced.
