Abstract
The invention discloses an unscented Kalman SOC estimation method for a battery of a hybrid power system. The method comprises the following steps: establishing an equivalent circuit model based on afractional order theory; carrying out capacity test on the lithium iron phosphate battery of the hybrid power unmanned aerial vehicle under various working conditions; carrying out an open-circuit voltage hysteresis characteristic test on the lithium iron phosphate battery, and establishing a simplified open-circuit voltage hysteresis model; carrying out a parameter identification test, and carrying out parameter identification by adopting an optimization algorithm; and carrying out fractional order unscented Kalman filter SOC estimation. According to the SOC estimation method, the battery endvoltage can be better simulated under the condition of using fewer parameters and a simpler hysteresis model, and the SOC estimation accuracy is improved.
Description
technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of unmanned aerial vehicle energy management, in particular to a method for estimating the unscented Kalman SOC (State of Charge, state of charge) of a hybrid power system battery. Background technique [0002] Power battery SOC is a common indicator to measure the remaining power of the battery. Its estimation method is an important research content in the field of energy management of hybrid drones. Its accuracy directly affects the effectiveness of the energy management system and power control system, and is also a guarantee And an important basis for prolonging the health status of the drone's power battery. However, at present, there are a lot of system noise interference in the operation process of hybrid unmanned aerial vehicles, and the current measurement is often not accurate enough, so that the more commonly used ampere-hour integration method has error accumulation and is limited by algorithm defects, whi...
