Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of chemical medicine, and relates to application of 1, 5-bis [N-(3, 5-bis (2-(2-methoxyethoxy) ethoxy) ethoxy) benzyl-2, 3, 3-trimethyl-5-sulfo-3H-indole]-3-(4-pyridine) penta-carbonyanine bromide dye (Cy5-650 for short) in preparation of anti-tumor drugs. MTT results show that the Cy5-650 can significantly inhibit the cell viability of the colorectal cancer cell line DLD-1. Animal experiment results show that Cy5-650 significantly inhibits the growth of human colorectal cancer cell line DLD-1 BALB/C nude mouse subcutaneous tumor-bearing, and can beused for preparing anti-tumor drugs. The compound Cy5-650 disclosed by the invention is developed as a novel anti-tumor drug or an auxiliary component thereof, has a remarkable tumor inhibition effect; and the novel treatment way and means are provided for treating and curing tumors.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of chemical industry and medicine, and specifically relates to the application of a novel Wujiachuan cyanine dye-Cy5-650 in the preparation of antitumor drugs. Background technique [0002] Malignant tumors are one of the most important causes of death and the biggest obstacle to prolonging human life in the 21st century. With the improvement of my country's national economy and people's living standards, the incidence and mortality of colorectal cancer in my country are also increasing year by year. At present, targeted drugs for the clinical treatment of colorectal cancer inevitably have strong side effects, while traditional radiotherapy and surgery can only maintain a short life span of the patient, and also bring great pain to the patient. Therefore, it is imminent to develop new anti-tumor drugs with targeted effects and less side effects, which will greatly improve the 5-year survival rate of cancer ...
