Problems solved by technology

In the previous experiment, when transplanting in high temperature and midsummer season, although the soil was saturated with water after spraying and irrigation after transplanting, a large amount of water evaporated from the soil surface at noon the next day formed high-temperature water vapor, which caused the upper part of the taro seedlings to be scalded and withered

Embodiment

[0040] (1) Sow seedlings in a ventilated rain shelter in late March in spring. Spray and irrigate thoroughly after sowing, and then manage according to the standards of melons and fruits xerophytes, and manage the rest of the measures according to the conventional requirements for taro cultivation.

[0041] (2) In the last ten days of July, the early spring in the greenhouse will end the melons and fruits, and then the seedlings will be transplanted after the stubble.

[0042] (3) Set taro seedling treatment before raising seedlings: cut off the above-ground part above 20cm, cut off all expanded leaves, keep all petioles and unexpanded heart leaves.

[0043] (4) After the seedlings are raised, dip the roots with the commercially available rooting agent mud, and then transport them to the greenhouse for transplanting.

[0044] (5) Set the planting depth when transplanting: about 10cm (9-11cm), about 13cm (12-14cm), about 18cm (15-20cm).

Abstract

The invention relates to a greenhouse cultivation method for spring seedling culture and summer deep planting of taro with numerous cormels. The greenhouse cultivation method comprises the steps of sowing and seedling culture of bulbs of taro with numerous cormels in spring, and lifting up cultivated taro seedlings and transplanting the taro seedlings into a greenhouse after crop rotation of xerophytic vegetables such as melons and fruits is finished in advance in spring of the greenhouse; removing all unfolded leaves before the taro seedlings are lifted, reserving all petioles and ununfoldedheart leaves to reduce transpiration dehydration strength, taking root protection and root promotion measures after the taro seedlings are lifted, moderately and deeply planting the taro seedlings inthe greenhouse to avoid hilling measures, and sprouting new leaves after planting and spraying or irrigating water until soil in the greenhouse is saturated. By means of the method, sowing and seedling raising are performed in spring, transplanting is performed after crop rotation is finished in advance in facility spring, the transplanting depth is about 13 cm, the ridging link can be omitted, and high quality and high yield of taro are guaranteed. The technology is suitable for middle and lower reaches of Yangtze River.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a greenhouse cultivation method for growing seedlings of taro in spring and deep planting in summer, and belongs to the technical field of agricultural (vegetable) cultivation. Background technique [0002] "Chinese Vegetable Cultivation" (Second Edition) describes: The taro corm starts to germinate at a temperature of 13~15°C, and the optimum temperature is about 25°C. The root regeneration ability of taro is weak, and the subsoil of the seedbed should be compacted to limit the depth of the root group, which is conducive to survival during transplanting. Spray water immediately after sowing to keep the bed soil moist and cover with plastic film. When the main bud grows to more than 4cm, it is planted in time. The son taro and the grandson taro grow from the middle and lower part of the mother taro and the son taro respectively and grow upwards. If they are allowed to grow naturally, the top buds of the new taro are easy to p...
