Problems solved by technology

[0002] Locating the anatomical structure of the heart on echocardiographic images is an important prerequisite for evaluating cardiac function. Due to the irregular shape of the right ventricle of the heart, and the image edges are often missing or blurred, it is difficult to directly locate the anatomical structure of the right ventricle.
[0003] At present, the identification of the anatomical structure of the right ventricle of the heart is mainly completed by professional doctors on the echocardiographic images. This identification process is time-consuming and laborious, and requires professional training and practice by doctors to correctly identify

Abstract

The invention provides a method and device for identifying a cardiac anatomy structure. The method comprises the steps that of acquiring cardiac ultrasound image to be identified; inputting the cardiac ultrasound image into a pre-trained anatomical structure recognition model to obtain an anatomical structure recognition result, wherein the anatomical structure recognition result comprises pixel values of all pixel points in the cardiac ultrasound image, and the pixel values represent the probability that the pixel points belong to anatomical structure pixels or image background pixels; and determining the position of each anatomical structure key point in the cardiac ultrasound image according to the anatomical structure identification result. According to the processing process of the technical scheme, automatic identification of the anatomical structure in the cardiac ultrasound image is achieved, the method is applied to identification of the cardiac anatomical structure, the identification speed can be increased, and meanwhile the manual labor of doctors can be saved.

Description

Technical field [0001] This application relates to the field of image processing technology, and in particular to a method and device for recognizing cardiac anatomical structures. Background technique [0002] Locating the anatomical structure of the heart on the ultrasound image of the heart is an important prerequisite for evaluating cardiac function. Because the shape of the right ventricle of the heart is irregular, and its image edges are often missing or blurred, it is difficult to directly locate the anatomical structure of the right ventricle. [0003] At present, the identification of the anatomical structure of the right ventricle of the heart is mainly done by professional doctors on the ultrasound image of the heart. The identification process is time-consuming and laborious and requires the doctors to pass professional training and practice to correctly identify them. Summary of the invention [0004] Based on the above-mentioned shortcomings and deficiencies of the pr...
