Abstract

The invention provides a method for quickly predicting the local scouring depth of an ocean pile. The method comprises the steps that firstly, parameters of fluid, sediment and a pile foundation are determined, wherein the parameters include the ocean current flow speed, the seawater depth, the sediment particle size and the pile foundation diameter; then dimensionless parameters influencing the local scouring depth of the seabed around the pile are obtained; the processed dimensionless parameters are substituted into a calculation formula of the local scouring depth of the seabed around the pile to obtain the local scouring depth of the seabed around the pile; and then the local scouring depth of the adjacent pile foundation is predicted through the scouring depth of the pile foundation in combination with the distance between the two pile foundations and the incoming flow included angle. According to the method, the local scouring depth of the pile foundation in the marine environment can be simply and conveniently predicted, the local scouring depth of the downstream pile foundation can be rapidly predicted according to the scouring depth of the upstream pile foundation, the method can be better applied to engineering design, and the working efficiency is improved.
