Firstly, evaluation index items used for evaluating the investment risk of a wind power project aredetermined, optimization processing is conducted on the evaluation index items, constraint processing is conducted on the evaluation index items and included parameters, and a first comprehensive evaluation model used for evaluating the investment risk of the wind power project is established. Meanwhile, an upper-layer objective function used for evaluating the energy benefit and the economic benefit of the wind power project and a lower-layer objective function used for evaluating the environmental benefit of the wind power project are established. And finally, the constraint processing on parameters in the upper-layer objective function and the lower-layer objective function is carried out, and a second comprehensive evaluation model is established for evaluating the comprehensive benefit of the wind power project.
