The oxygenator comprises a pressure regulation and control device, a gas exchange device and a liquid volume measuring device; the gas exchange device is provided with an oxygenation chamber; the liquid volume measuring device is placed in the gas exchange device to measure liquid in the oxygenation chamber; the pressure regulation and control device is arranged on the oxygenation chamber, the outer portion of the pressure regulation and control device is connected with a central negative pressure source, the inner portion of the pressure regulation and control device communicates with the gas exchange device, and the pressure regulation and control device is used for regulating and controlling internal pressure of the oxygenation chamber; and the gas exchange device conducts gas exchange and heat exchange on blood which flows into the oxygenation chamber, and discharges the blood which flows into the oxygenation chamber.
