Abstract

The invention provides an abnormal information monitoring method, apparatus and device, and a computer readable storage medium. The method comprises the steps of obtaining data information of each service platform in at least one service platform; detecting abnormal information of each business platform according to the data information of each business platform; and sending the abnormal information of each service platform to the terminal equipment. Therefore, a method capable of monitoring a plurality of service platforms is provided, and abnormal information of each service platform is automatically detected; and sending the abnormal information to the terminal device for display, so that a monitoring user can know the abnormal condition of each monitored service platform in time, and the monitoring user can maintain the service platform.
