Abstract

The invention discloses an aging failure evaluation method for a running composite insulator. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring n microcosmic test parameters belonging to different parameter indexes respectively; normalizing a plurality of test values obtained by testing according to the n microcosmic test parameters to obtain a normalized value; obtaining n axis segments with the same length as a preset numerical value to construct an axis segment model; enabling the n normalized numerical values to be equivalent to line segments taking the original point as a starting pointon the n axis segments, wherein the normalized numerical values are smaller than a preset numerical value; respectively calculating a first n-polygon area formed by connecting the end points of the line segments corresponding to the n normalization values and a second n-polygon area formed by connecting the end points of the n axis segments; quantizing the area of a first n-polygon and the area of a second n-polygon to obtain a quantized value; and obtaining an evaluation result under the quantized value according to a preset evaluation model. The problems of insufficient distinction degree and one-sidedness in the prior art can be solved.

Description

technical field [0001] This application relates to the technical field of insulator aging failure, and in particular to a method for evaluating the aging failure of operating composite insulators. Background technique [0002] Composite insulators are important electrical components in transmission lines, which play the role of connecting towers and transmission lines and electrical insulation. The composite insulator mainly consists of three parts: the outer insulating sheath, the fittings at both ends and the inner insulating epoxy glass fiber mandrel. Among them, the fittings at both ends play the role of connection; the inner insulating epoxy glass fiber core rod plays the role of providing mechanical tension or support; the outer insulating umbrella sleeve plays the role of isolation, that is, to isolate the mandrel from the external environment and prevent its aging. Therefore, the aging failure of the outer insulating sheath of the composite insulator means that the...
