Abstract

The invention discloses a method for assembling a hub and a bearing of an automobile axle. The method comprises the following steps: an outer bearing inner ring and an outer bearing outer ring are paired, and conveyed to a preassembly line in a mutually accompanied mode; on the preassembly line, the outer bearing outer ring is subjected to pressing fit into a bearing hole corresponding to the hubso as to be assembled into a semi-finished hub assembly, and the semi-finished hub assembly and the paired and accompanied outer bearing inner ring are jointly conveyed to an assembly line in an accompanied mode; and on the assembly line, the hub of the semi-finished hub assembly is assembled on an axle assembly so as to be assembled into an intermediate hub assembly, and the paired and accompanied outer bearing inner ring is filled with lubricating grease and then mounted between the hub of the intermediate hub assembly and the axle assembly. The method for assembling the hub and the bearingof the automobile axle can effectively solve the problem of poor assembly effect of a bearing outer ring. The invention further discloses a system for assembling the hub and the bearing of the automobile axle.
