The spectrum-adjustable light source system comprises a temperature control device, an LED array lamp panel,a light condensing device, an optical fiber bundle, an integrating sphere, a collimating lens, multiple independent adjustable constant-current sources, a spectrograph and a system controller. The temperature control device is connected with the LED array lamp panel; the LED array lamp panel is connected with the light gathering device; wherein the light gathering device is connected with the optical fiber bundle, one end of the optical fiber bundle is connected with the integrating sphere and the collimating lens, the other end of the optical fiber bundle is connected with the spectrograph, the spectrograph is connected with the system controller, the system controller is connected with the multiple independent adjustable constant-current sources and the temperature control device, and the multiple independent adjustable constant-current sources are connected with the LED array lamp panel. According to the invention, the combined spectrum output by the LED array lamp panel can approach the target spectrum to the maximum extent, so that the output spectrum can be accurately adjusted; meanwhile, a dual light output mode can be realized so as to meet the calibration requirement of aspectral brightness meter or a spectrograph.
