Abstract

The metal cutting and fixing device comprises an up-and-down adjusting mechanism, a pushing mechanism and aclamping and fixing mechanism. The up-and-down adjusting mechanism is used for driving a laser cutting machine to move up and down. The pushing mechanism pushes a moving table to move front and back.Rectangular holes are formed in the bottoms of two limiting sliding blocks, sliding rails are inserted into the rectangular holes, a motor is mounted on the left side of the top of the moving table through bolts, a threaded rod is mounted at the right end of an output shaft of the motor through a coupling, the threaded rod is in threaded connection with the middles of a left limiting sliding blockand a right limiting sliding block, and outer wall threads of the threaded rod are in bilateral symmetric with the threaded rod as the center. The tops of the limiting sliding blocks are welded withthe middles of the bottoms of carrying plates, and limiting plates are welded to the outer sides of the tops of the carrying plates. By means of the scheme, cut objects of different widths and different heights can be fixed conveniently, cutting is convenient, the motor is used for driving and clamping, and the fixing efficiency is high.
