The low-Re-number efficient air supply device comprises a blade fixing structure and a plurality of blades, wherein all the blades take the axis of the blade fixing structure as a point, and are connected around the blade fixing structure to form a circular air supply device; a gap is formed between two adjacent blades, and the gaps are used for discharging air; and all the gaps form four air outlets and four air outlets.
