Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of leather staking machines, and discloses a multi-station traceless staking machine for leather machining. The staking machine comprises a base, wherein amachine body is fixedly mounted at the top of the base, a second fixing block is fixedly mounted inside the machine body, a first fixing block located on the right side of the second fixing block isfixedly mounted inside the machine body, and a first convex block is fixedly mounted at the top and the bottom of the second fixing block. According to the multi-station traceless staking machine forthe leather machining, by arranging the first convex block, a first concave opening, a second concave opening and a second convex block, due to the cooperation between the first convex block and the second concave opening in the conveying process of leathers, the leathers can be subjected to preliminary stretching and bending, due to the cooperation between the first concave opening and the secondconvex block, the leathers can be stretched and bent in the opposite direction, so that the staking effect of the leathers is improved, the phenomena of hard and warping of leather plates can be effectively removed, and therefore the practicability of the staking machine is improved.
