Besides, the skin conditioner is obtained by compounding butanediol and water with hydrolyzed prunus domestica and radix scutellariae extract,and compared with common skin care products which only use a single component, the skin conditioner is better in effect and can better repair damaged skin and consolidate the freckle removing effect.
