Embodiment 1

[0047] Preparation of samples: take 3% licorice root extract, add 55% water to disperse, heat to 80°C, stir and dissolve for 30min, cool down to 50°C to obtain licorice extract; then add 35% butanediol, bitter Ginseng root extract 3%, Scutellaria baicalensis root extract 4%, stirred and dissolved at 50°C for 30 minutes to obtain the crude extract of the composition; then add 0.1% activated carbon for decolorization and deodorization, adjust the pH to 5.5-7.5, filter to obtain the composition of the extract.

Embodiment 2

[0049] Preparation of samples: take 2% extract of licorice root, add 54% water to disperse, heat to 70°C, stir and dissolve for 60min, cool down to 40°C to obtain licorice extract; then add 35% butanediol, bitter Ginseng root extract 4%, Scutellaria baicalensis root extract 5%, stirred and dissolved at 40°C for 2 hours to obtain the crude extract of the composition; then add 0.1% activated carbon for decolorization and deodorization, adjust the pH to 5.5-7.5, filter to obtain the composition of the extract.

Embodiment 3

[0051] Preparation of samples: take 4% of licorice root extract, add 56% water to disperse, heat to 90°C, stir and dissolve for 40min, cool down to 60°C to obtain licorice extract; then add 35% butanediol, bitter Ginseng root extract 2%, Scutellaria baicalensis root extract 3%, stirred and dissolved at 60°C for 60 minutes to obtain the crude extract of the composition; then add 0.1% activated carbon for decolorization and deodorization, adjust the pH to 5.5-7.5, filter to obtain the composition of the extract.

Abstract

The invention discloses an application of a composition in preparation of a skin barrier gene repair preparation. The composition includes the following components: a scutellaria baicalensis root extract, a sophora flavescens root extract, and a glycyrrhiza inflata root extract; and the application includes the aspect of using the composition to regulate expression of at least one protein or enzyme selected from the group consisting of keratin, filaggrin (FLG), loricrin (LOR), involucrin, transglutaminase, aquaporin, caspase-14 (CASP14). The preparation fills the blank of the composition of the three extracts of the scutellaria baicalensis, the sophora flavescens and the glycyrrhiza inflata in the repair of genes related to skin barrier in the prior art, and especially, the preparation, genes related to formation of cornified envelope (CE), such as the LORE and the FLG and a gene related to filaggrin degradation, such as the CASP14 lay the foundation for subsequent treatment of skin diseases related to the skin barrier.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical fields of biomedicine and cosmetics, in particular to the application of a composition in gene repair of skin barrier. Background technique [0002] The skin is the largest organ in the human body, accounting for about 16% of the individual's body weight. On the one hand, it maintains the stability of the body, and on the other hand, it is also the first line of defense against external adverse factors. Studies have shown that skin diseases, such as sensitive skin, eczema, psoriasis, etc., will occur if the external environment causes abnormalities in related genes in the skin barrier or certain congenital genetic defects involved in certain diseases. [0003] The main structure of the skin barrier is the epidermis, and the barrier structure of the epidermis is mainly in the stratum corneum. Skin barrier function is related to nuclear division, differentiation, degeneration and disappearance of keratinocytes in t...
