Through combination of characteristics of a broadband digital array radar and a recent development level of a current digital signal processor and through theoretical derivation and computer simulation, a broadband digital beam forming method based on radio frequency direct sampling is researched, and a broadband digital array transmitting and receiving beam forming method with good engineering feasibility is provided. The method comprises the following steps of receiving a broadband radar echo signal; obtaining a digital radio frequency signal through radio frequency sampling; and carrying out digital phase shift and integer delay processing on the digital radio frequency signal, thereby finishing broadband digital beam forming processing.
